Los Angeles Business Attorney Natella Royzman has worked with clients in the many different areas and industries, including professional services, entertainment, real estate, advertising, retail, beauty, health and wellness, medical, veterinary, art, fashion, hospitality, and food & beverage.Ms. Royzman attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she received honors for her skills in oral advocacy, negotiation and settlement. While in law school she worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford, United States Bankruptcy Judge. She also worked as an intern for the Office of the United States Trustee – the branch of the United States Department of Justice responsible for overseeing and supervising the bankruptcy process.

Following law school, Ms. Royzman litigated a variety of complex business disputes across a wide span of legal areas, representing small and medium-sized business clients in a variety of industries. She then switched law firms and began focusing on bankruptcy related litigation, representing bankruptcy trustees, debtors, creditors and third parties in a range of bankruptcy matters. Ms. Royzman’s final stop before starting her own practice was Loeb & Loeb’s litigation department, where she represented large corporations and financial institutions.

Royzman Law Firm was founded because, as a Los Angeles Business and Bankruptcy Attorney, Ms. Royzman wanted to focus on the kinds of clients and matters she is most passionate about, and to provide her clients with a greater degree of individualized attention.

Darin Webb, Esq.

 

Darin Webb is of counsel at Royzman Law Firm, Inc. with experience in business, employment, and labor law. He previously worked for a firm in Los Angeles that specialized in civil business litigation, antitrust, bad faith insurance, and unfair competition law. Prior to that, he worked at The Employee Rights Center in San Diego, representing clients in labor and employment matters as well as judgment enforcement.Mr. Webb received his J.D. from USC’s Gould School of Law. While there, he was a staff member of the Review of Law and Social Justice, a fellow at the Center for Law, History and Culture, and a law clerk at The Wage Justice Center. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Arizona State University.He is admitted to practice in California.
